Brooke Pizzo is the General Manager at Club Ridges, the residential fitness facility in The Ridges community of Summerlin in Las Vegas. Brooke discovered her passion for health and fitness over 20 years ago and in 2013 became a personal trainer to help guide others on their path to wellness. "I want to help people improve their quality of life", and helping clients move better & more efficiently is an important piece of that puzzle. Her favorite part of the job? Helping others recognize and take hold of their strength – in mind, body and soul! A full-time working mother of 3 kids, Brooke understands what it means to be busy but she still tries to make time for her love of the outdoors – hiking, camping, cycling and trail running whenever she can!

Philosophy:

"Train everything so you can be ready for anything life throws at you" is Brooke's

philosophy. Her approach to fitness for her clients is comprehensive and includes

work for muscular endurance & strength, cardiorespiratory fitness and flexibility

training, while also keeping workouts interesting. She wants to help them in the

gym so they can enjoy their life and activities outside the gym.
