Whatever you achieve in life - you are no better or worse than any other human being, with the former Heavyweight Champion of the World.

Bruno is one of Britain's best loved athletes of all time. His greatest moment in the ring came in 1995 when he beat Oliver McCall to win the WBC Heavyweight crown.

He had two fight against Mike Tyson too that drew huge audiences, and the second of their encounters ended Bruno's career.

Since retiring, Bruno has had well-documented mental health difficulties that have seen him sectioned and diagnosed as having bipolar. He is a great advocate for the power of self-care and exercise to stay well.

The theme of this episode is humility as - like Frank says - whatever you win your can "only ever wear one pair of shoes and sleep in one bed"...
