Should You Go To A Grow Your Business With Google Event?

We attended our first "Grow Your Business with Google" event today and we've got a few things to say... Just to note, this is not a sponsored video, we went to the event and wanted to leave some notes and let you know if you should attend one in the future if you have the chance to.

"Grow Your Business with Google" are events held throughout the world in partnership with Large Google Advertising Partners such as News Corp, News Xtend and the Geelong Advertiser in Australia. These events say they are led by industry professionals, where you can learn how to harness the power of digital marketing to grow your business and convert leads into sales (on Google and Youtube of course). Today we heard from Kaisa Qvist (Google Strategic Partner Manager (based in Sydney)), Todd Fisher (Head of News Xtend's Search Team (based in Sydney)) & Scott Bennett (Head of Sales, Geelong at News Corp Australia) about how successful businesses need to put the right message, in front of the right audience at the right time, and by doing so how you can drive results for your business.

In Conclusion: It was a fine free event, I learnt a few new stats to use in my own content and got my thinking about way to implement this new knowledge in my own business. Of course I wish them all the best in acquiring new partners and clients for the work they do, they are large companies, so hopefully they can help out the smaller businesses in Australia and the rest of the world.
