I am the daughter of a business owner who died of ‘work stress’ at 42 years old. I was 15 years old at the time. Although there was little I could do to help then, I have since built a career on a foundation of extensive education and experience to help other people enjoy happier, healthier, productive lives—at work and at home.

This kind of alignment in meaning and purpose is what my clients seek, for the benefit of themselves and all the (big and little) people counting on them.
