Working with family is challenging enough, but working with a spouse can be even tougher, seeing as you not only work with that person all day long, but then you presumably go home with them every day.
How do you not talk shop all the time? How do you manage stress when things are rough at the office, or at home? How do you not fire your spouse when you're not happy with their performance on the team?
I sat down with two stellar spouse teams to ask all of that and more. Amy and Brian Lessinger have the unique arrangement where Amy is now the broker and Brian is a team lead in her office. Meanwhile, Sam Olson and and Bill Nelson are relatively new to the business and Bill has more of a tech director role, while Sam takes on team lead.
