When I joined my dad's practice he had me spend half a day with an escrow officer, loan officer and marketing company to learn the broader scope of a transaction the real estate business. I am so grateful for those experiences because I have so much more understanding and respect for all the talent and expertise that goes into making a deal come together.
I've also seen escrow officers be so disrespected and no appreciation for what it is they do for all parties in a deal.
To help bring some courtesy and understanding to the table, I have a two-part series, an audio mini internship if you will. First up: Senior Escrow Officer, Suzanne Silverman, and veteran title officer, Lisa Quilici, from First Centennial Title.
These ladies have decades of experience and have seen some stuff.
