Get ready to jingle your keys & boom kack like it’s 2006, because we are talking about DANITY KANE!

In this episode of Diva Dailies, Angie and Steffi review Danity Kane’s debut album entitled, “Danity Kane” (2006). We also share our thoughts on Beyoncé’s lead single, “Break My Soul”, for her upcoming Renaissance era.

As we do in all of our Diva Discography episodes, part 1 is an in-depth review and discussion on EVERY SINGLE TRACK of the album. We then end our conversation sharing our Top 3 favorite songs from the album, 1 song we’d cut, and the underrated gem.

Make sure you tune in next week for part 2 when we talk about the Danity Kane era.

Album Info: Danity Kane is the debut album by American girl group Danity Kane. It was first released by Bad Boy and Atlantic Records on August 22, 2006 in the United States. After winning the third installment of the reality talent contest Making the Band in late 2005, Sean "Diddy" Combs and Bad Boy vice president Harve Pierre consulted a wide range of high-profile hip-hop and R&B musicians to work with the quintet, including Timbaland, Danja, Bryan Michael Cox, Rami, Ryan Leslie, Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, Scott Storch, and Jim Jonsin, as well as Bad Boy inhouse producers Mario Winans and D-Dot. Recorded within five weeks, the making of the album was tracked by the second half of Making the Band 3's third season.
