Since we had a lot of fun with The Last Dance documentary recap shows, we decided to keep it rolling with ESPN's latest Sunday night release: 30 For 30: LANCE.

This show will recap what we saw during the first part of the documentary on the most well-known cyclist in American history. Lance Armstrong brought a nation together with his triumphant comeback story and rise to greatness but it turned out to be too good to be true.

On this first part, we look at:

That aggressive opening scene His childhood The route you take to become a pro cyclist Rise to stardom at an early age Partying in Austin Living on Lake Cuomo Doping for the first time Cancer The doping scandal in 1998 Formation of WADA Adrian Karsten on the old ABC coverage Comeback begins

This was a strong first episode and opened our eyes to a lot about Lance Armstrong, the Tour de France, and the sport of cycling.
