Texas-based Fitness and Mindset Coach LaRonda Bolden (she/her) faced many hardships at a young age, including losing her father when she was 12 and experiencing sexual abuse shortly thereafter. In her late teens and 20s, she suffered many addictions and disorders that led her to seek counseling to change her life for the better.


LaRonda eventually went back to school to get her bachelor's degree in psychology and then pursued a master's degree in health promotion while turning to exercise as a new form of therapy. She has since created Fit 2 Soar which empowers women to become physically and mentally fit by owning their power, unleashing their inner confidence, and realizing their full potential and worth.
