PollyEsther was born in the Netherlands in 1966. After immigrating to Australia in 1995, she went through a stressful year of adjusting to a new lifestyle which was the beginning of the road to self-development, health and happiness. Along the way she discovered that health and happiness are not caused by circumstances, something or someone, but can be found inside ourselves.
