Facebook has pushed ahead with trials of its latest initiative 'Canvas' and launched 'Sports Stadium'.

Canvas is a mobile ad platform that allows advertisers to create a ‘miniature version’ of their website within the Facebook app.

Sports Stadium will collate content from a variety of users, journalists and brands about a specific sporting event, offering huge potential for those brands that are big on reactive marketing.
