So many people focus solely on building their social media following that they forget they don't actually OWN their followers. You're at the mercy of Facebook, or Twitter, or Instagram. If something happens, you're out of luck. That's why your email list is so important, though the tricky part is to build that list.

Over my 20+ years in the marketing field, the best way I've found to build your list of clients (and potential clients) is with lead magnets. So in this episode, I'll explain why lead magnets are so effective and important (you might not believe my recent Facebook experience that reinforces this belief!).
