Sami and Aleen are joined this week by a very special guest, Sami’s mom Ilene Fishbein. They start the show with a question about Ilene’s relationship with her own mom growing up, and how that influenced her relationship with food. She tells us about the first time she put herself on a diet, and describes her yo-yo dieting habits ever since.
