Kevin Rempel is a 2013 Sledge Hockey World Champion, a 2014 Sochi Paralympic Bronze Medalist and a mental resilience coach.
Having overcome a motorcrossing accident that left him paralysed, he learned to walk again at the age of 23. As if that wasn’t hard enough, he witnessed the decline of his dad who took his own life shortly after, as a result of also becoming paralyzed from a hunting accident.
In this episode we talk about maintaining hope and optimism during an indefinite period of struggle, dealing with depression, building a strong mindset and what it means to live an extraordinary life.
