Cameron Roy
Cameron is a multifamily syndicator in Dallas, TX. In late 2018 he read the Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki which changed everything for him in the way he thinks about finances. After chasing curiosity, he concluded that multifamily real estate investing would be the vehicle he would choose to grow his wealth. He spent the next year diving headfirst into learning all things multifamily and syndication. In early 2020 he decided to leave his day job and go all in on building a real estate business that focuses on buying value add multifamily deals. A few months later, after a lot of hard work, perseverance, and consistent action, he partnered on his first deal which was a 120-unit, $9.2 million dollar acquisition. His love for real estate investing comes from learning the kind of freedom it can provide for people. He’s also fueled by the fact that this information is no taught in traditional learning systems. You essentially have to know someone who does this or stumble upon a book like he did. Cameron believes that God put him on this earth to help people reach their full potential. He desires to do that by helping people to get their money working for them through cashflow producing assets in a way that serves as a blessing, not a burden. When he’s not working, you can find him volunteering with his church, hanging out with his wife and friends, or yelling fore on a golf course.
