Hello and welcome back to Diaries of a Lady Gardener, the podcast about all things planty!

From flowers and fruits to succulents and sowing micro greens, we cover a whole host of topics with some of your favourite people across the gardening world. This ones for those who prefer plants to people and think of their seedlings as their children.

This week, I went on a very exciting roadtrip to the amazing Amelia’s Flower Farm and I had the BEST day. The sky was blue, the sun was shining and we chatted about plants nearly all day with the odd break to eat a slice of cake and drink a cup of tea. What Amelia has done with her space is so inspirational and despite it being the middle of winter, there was so many exciting things to see from tray after tray after tray of seedlings to polytunnels full of ranunculus and rows of anemones. Whether you’re an aspiring flower farmer or just need a few hints and tips on growing your own flowers, you’re going to love this one.

I cannot wait to go back and see Amelia’s flower farm this summer - I just love everything about her business and her blooms - celebrating British grown flowers, being environmentally conscious and growing the most gorgeous blooms. 2022 is going to be a truly fabulous year, so make sure you follow along for her adventures @ameliasflowerfarm.
