Like puppy love- happiness, and playfulness of shakti and shiva are available to all. A mindful child within us is the invitation from Universe to manifest joy in the world through love, peace, and compassion.
I like to express my gratitude to Brina's social media community- the mission of Brina is to provide meditation services and promote well-being and serve as agents of positive transformation to the world.
This episode was a very emotional one for me, and my dream came true. In 2018, when I was a linguist in Afghanistan, working with masculine forces, I noticed one thing: unbalanced shakti and shiva ( the universal feminine and masculine energies) of living sentient beings. During the war, I would listen to Yogiraj Sarah and Alan Finger, the founders of ISHTA Yoga, and I would fell asleep hoping to heal the wounded souls. Today was the day, I had once in a lifetime opportunity to interview my heroes- the most powerful, humble, and generous teachers of blending the ancient and contemporary sciences of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda.
We discussed:
Through ISHTA philosophy of well-being, how to reduce ancestral karma ( actions) to live in the flow of kriya ( effortless flow of the Universe )?
How to align in the spirit ( Atman) without illusion (Maya)?
Is it possible to integrate tantra and shamanism?
How to stay in the Shakti and Shiva every day?
Pain and Truth: duality and non-duality.
If the path is calling you, explore ISHTA philosophy at www.ishtayoga.com and www.sarahplattfinger.com.
" When a student is ready the teacher will appear" - Zen proverb.
