In Episode 8 of the Development Debate, we discuss the topic of developing a skilled workforce including the need for a broad middle class and large workforce pool to attract companies. While job centers are a great resource for people in distressed neighborhoods, it's equally important to give those communities access to the skills needed in the region including education, training and certifications.
