Why £1m in revenue?
I haven’t just plucked it out of thin air, there are so specific reasons why I feel £1m revenue is a good number to aim for. But I also want to caveat that with, it does depend on what type of construction business you have & if it’s a business reliant on materials, or is it one where revenue is driven purely by labour then the figure could be less than £1m.
