The 3 Components of Being an Effective Leader! | Growth Prophets #26

There's a HUGE difference between being a leader and being an effective leader. Here's why..

We see it all the time. Everyone seems to believe that a leader simply stays at the top of everything, looks down on everyone, and makes every decision for everyone in the business.

Not only is this extremely stressful for you as the leader, it's also destructive to the success of your business.

So how do you fix it?

There are many many qualities to being an effective leader, but I've broken down the 3 most important qualities for you in this podcast.

The 3 components to effective leadership:

1- A great leader is someone who doesn't have all of the answers. Stop making decisions, and ask questions to the people on your team and get them thinking and giving answers to you as well.

2- A great leader doesn't stay at the top or in the middle of things. Give away your authority and give it to the people on your team. Allow them to make decisions in the business and display trust to them so that they know they are an important part of the business and their decisions affect the success of everyone on the team.

3- A great leader stays focused on the decision making criteria. Ask questions and challenge the people on your team to make decisions based on vision, clients, your team, and bottom line profitability. Stay focused on those four things.

At the end of the day, these 3 things are what makes up a great leader. They'll also help you to have HAPPIER CLIENTS, BETTER RESULTS, MAKE MORE MONEY, AND ENJOY THE RIDE! And that's what I want for you!
