One of the first questions someone will have as a new courier for Grubhub, Postmates, Doordash or Uber Eats is, where should I go?

The answer to that depends very much on your comfort level with your market. You can look at episode 4 on understanding your market to get more on understanding your market.

If you don't know your total area as well, I always recommend starting somewhere you know. Begin in a place where you are comfortable and lean on your confidence in that area. Your deliveries will by nature start spreading you out and you'll grow in your comfort.

You want to focus further on getting to know the areas where restaurants that deliver on your platform are more concentrated. In particular, get to know the areas that have more high end restaurants.

Finally, we dig into a method you can use to get a better picutre of what parts of town are most profitable, by tracking individual deliveries in different parts of your market.
