He currently owns and self-manages a portfolio of 89 rental units in MA & FL. He coaches men to help them find their inner strength and become the best version of themselves. Jeff has personally transformed his life through physical fitness and developing mental toughness. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk specifically about the issues that men face and what they can do to become their absolute best for their families, communities, and at work.
