Nikki is passionate about creating change in habits, behaviours, mindset, performance and well-being.  Most well-being interventions don't work, particularly over the long term. Niki has created a powerful methodology for individuals and organisations that delivers results at speed.  There is a gap between 'knowing' and 'doing'. An immediate and sustainable change in behaviour can only be achieved when working with both unconscious and conscious minds.

"My fascination into transforming lives began in 1978, aged 18 when I experienced a traumatic event. At that time I was emotionally and physically unwell. Conventional support tools, coaching and therapeutic practices did little to help. I studied a number of 'unconventional' techniques that when blended together, evolved into a methodology that changed my life. I have transformed the lives of thousands of individuals over 3 decades. "
