To develop self-confidence, you must first build self-trust within yourself. Start by asking, "What steps can I take today to move closer to my ideal self?". 

Confidence is built through small daily decisions and commitments we make with ourselves. This does not mean that every day will be perfect and we won’t make mistakes, but it does mean that you will continue to show up the next day to try again.

Some of Christina’s daily affirmations include: 

I have the best life ever because I decided it.Everything works out for me.I will always find a way to yes.I do not have money problems.I can always make more money.Everyone I know and love is so healthy and so happy.Clients find me out of nowhere.My life is a true gift.Opportunities find me out of nowhere.
