Precarious work and power in a union - Tam Wilson, STUC

In this episode we're joined by Tam Wilson of the STUC to talk about precarious work, workplace organising and just transition. As young people we're very familiar with exploitative and precarious work practices like zero hours contracts, so we loved hearing about Tam and the STUC's work and why improving all our working conditions has to be part of a just transition.
