Get Out of Your Own Way

In this episode, I talk briefly about my path towards auditioning to become a spin instructor and how I got in my own way of going directly towards what I wanted. We discuss why we get in the way of our dream life and how we can take positive steps towards ditching self-sabotaging behavior. We're focusing on the magic within us and that we deserve our dreams in this episode.
