“Absolute freedom of the individual.”
Rob Denton claims this as the guiding principle of his idea for government. Under his governmental system, Home would be divided up into several voting districts (to be decided upon after elected) and each district would elect a representative and a local governor. The representatives would elect people to the Upper House of the New Parliament. In the Upper House, 5 ministers would concern themselves mainly with specific affairs such as economics, justice, defense, education, and energy.
“…be positively minded…”
This is the single quality that should be expected of our representatives. It’s obvious that Rob supports free thinking in politics. We look forward to hearing more about his ideas in the areas of education and the economy next time we have him on.
Next time, we will be joined by another candidate, hearing their ideas for government!
