“What do you do when you have done your very best your whole life? You tried all the programs, you read all the books, you went to all the retreats. You’ve done all the things. You’ve tried all the meditations, you’ve done alone time, you’ve done time with animals and water and earth and plants and trees. You’ve done therapy. You’ve surrendered, you’ve practiced everything and yet, nothing changes. And there is nothing left to do or not to do, then what do you do?”
