Communities take a very long to grow. Some users just don’t care what your group's culture and goals are. Companies that service your space can be both amazing and not-so amazing in Facebook groups. Your groups rules are almost certainly too lax, and spammer friendly. You will need to prod and poke new users to read the group rules, and you will need to remind current users when they forget about them. The health of your group is a daily task. The person you need to admin your group when it hits 100, 500, 1000+ users might not be you.
