Today and every Tuesday I say the same thing but couldn't be more true... I had so much fun chatting with today's guest Laura Miller.

She talks about how she got to be a triathlon and running coach and how she helps athletes realize their athletic goals. And how she sold hundreds of her structured training plans that ranged from supporting athletes with 10km, half and full marathons, 70.3 triathlons, and cycling. Beyond that, she is a mother of 2 little ladies, and during her maternity leave, her goal was not only to look after her children but to go after a personal best at the Ironman in Canada.
