The last month of 2020!

We are starting this month with an incredible guest...

In today’s episode, we have the lovely Rachel Ann Cullen, she is a runner, a writer, a mother, and the author of “Running For My Life“.

I keep saying this but the connection that I created with these amazing women over the past 2 months is quite incredible.

Running has shown Rachel that she is capable of so much more than she ever believed possible. Having suffered from low self-esteem and clinical depression as a teenager / young adult, running has enabled her to manage demons running through her mind.

It wasn’t until she had her first daughter that she really had this massive drive to run a marathon.

Episode highlights:

Rachel talks about her writing journey that led to her two fantastic book achievements "Running for my life: how I built a better me one step at the time." and " A midlife cyclist"What made her run her first and more marathons when she became a motherHer motherhood journey

& more interesting tips and advice throughout our chat.
