Welcome back everyone!

I'm so excited to be sharing this interview with you today.

As some of you probably know, triathlon is a sport that I came across 6 years ago, and which I got really into, straight away.

This summer, I had the pleasure to chat with one of my favourite Pro triathletes, Michelle Vesterby. She has been an inspiration for me with her contagious daily smile and energy for life.

Michelle has been a triathlete for quite some time now, but her career as a professional triathlete started in 2012 where she got 1st place in the Ironman Lanzarote. And since then she has been in the top 10, 3 times at the World Championship in Hawaii.

Her best result in Hawaii was in 2015 where she managed to achieve an incredible 4th place, ranking the highest Danish female in early modern times. But what is even more impressive is the fact that she got 1st place in 2016 in Cozumel at 15 weeks pregnant, and completed Ironman in Copenhagen, 3 months after giving birth.

What an inspiration right?

Now, get your cuppa coffee, Pina colada or just a glass of water if you prefer, and press play!

And why not visit her website where you can purchase her new book (Danish).
