In this episode, Maggie Rheney (MBA ’20), Margo Didier (MBA ’20), Josh Pridgen (MBA ’20) and Lily Waldron (MBA ’21) join Admissions staff to share their thoughts about the first annual GWBA Summit. This half day event was organized by students to address some of the challenges they will soon face in their careers. The first session of the day was an alumni panel moderated by Dr. Laura Little. In the second session, Dr. Marie Mitchell presented a workshop on giving and receiving feedback. And in the keynote session, Prof. Maja, a sociologist who studies women’s confidence and communication styles, shared her thoughts and research on how apologizing kills women’s confidence.
