This episode's Daughter of Change is a retired professor, researcher, author, and consultant whose work focused on gender equality.

Cindy Berryman-Fink, Ph.D., taught in the Departments of Communication and Women's Studies at the University of Cincinnati for 31 years. Her teaching and research focused on gendered language, women in management, sexual harassment, and workplace diversity. She has authored or co-authored 5 books and 50 articles, was a founder of the Organization for the Study of Communication, Language and Gender (now in its 45th year), co-led a Women's Leadership Program, and consulted with over 60 corporations and non-profit associations.

We will be discussing, among other things, Cindy’s work for gender equity, and her reflections on feminism then and now.
