NKF’s Dain Fedora and Andrey Mindirgasov discuss the results of the second quarter of 2020.
Andrey and Dain will discuss the urgency for buyers to place 1031 capital as the extension deadline nears and will explore the results of NKF Research Q2 findings.
Mr. Fedora has served as NKF's Director of Research in Southern California since 2016, bringing with him 14 years of commercial real estate expertise. Before joining NKF, he held managerial roles at two different major real estate firms where he worked closely with senior producers to create and implement strategies for targeting new business and wrote about market conditions across all property subtypes in inland Southern California.

Mr. Mindirgasov serves as Director with NKF’s Private Capital Group and is responsible for leading Buyer Services. In his role, he partners with private investors and 1031 exchange buyers to help execute acquisitions by capitalizing on the various synergies within NKF and its financial services affiliates. Before joining NKF, he spent 6 years as a financial planner where he managed 150 client households with $300 million in assets.
