Kevin Shannon and Sean Fulp discussed the state of the capital markets, Kevin's path to becoming one of the top investment sales brokers in the United States, and the launch of a new multifamily platform. Kevin also took us back to his early days in the business and told us about one of his first deals, a ground lease in Compton, and what he would have done differently instead of buying a Porsche after he started collecting commission checks.
