Rappers charged with RICO
The District Attorney in Atlanta charged rappers Young Thug and Gunna with an indictment of more than 80 pages for allegedly participating in street gang activities and violating RICO law. In May 2021, rapper YFN Lucci and eleven other associates were also charged in a RICO case. Also Brooklyn rapper Casanova has pleaded guilty in a federal racketeering (RICO) Act in a grand jury indictment.
