Mike Tyson goes off on a man on the plane. Man punched by Mike Tyson hires lawyer. The plane passenger involved in an incident with Mike Tyson has hired lawyers and is reportedly assessing his next steps. Mike Tyson was filmed swinging punches at a man on a flight out of San Francisco this week, with both men detained by police before being released. Police said the man treated for minor injuries “provided minimal details of the incident and refused to cooperate further with the investigation”.

But it appears the book is not closed on the incident.

Tyson’s representatives claimed the “aggressive passenger” had been “harassing him and threw a water bottle” before the flurry of punches.
