How I Went From Full-Time Dance Teacher to Full-Time Dance Business Owner

I was teaching for about 10 years when I realized that I didn’t want to teach anymore.

I remember it so vividly…

The bell rings. The students come in. They go in the back and change. And my stomach is in knots!

I felt so uncomfortable because for the first time I totally and completely understood that I did not want to teach dance anymore!

It had nothing to do with my students. It had nothing to do with the school.

It had everything to do with me. I just didn’t want to do it anymore.
