In this sermon we consider Luke's genealogy of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are exhorted to value of the Bible's genealogies and discover why the Holy Spirit takes Christ's genealogy all the way back to Adam. Our need to understand Adam's historicity - and to know that by his fall all men descending from him -by ordinary generation- are corrupted by original sin. That presents the need to be found in the Last Adam and we are exhorted to flee to Christ by faith and find the blessings that come to us through Christ's victory.
