We continue our series on Hebrews and consider Christ's superior priesthood of the order of Melchizedek that shows that the royal priesthood of Christ as a priest on the throne is far greater than Aaron's priesthood and so has secured an eternal salvation for us. We also hear about Christ's cries and sufferings which show us how greatly our high priest cares for God's flock, in a way that Aaron never did or could.
