We continue our exposition of Luke's gospel and come to the second blessing-woe pair in Christ's Sermon. He pronounces a blessing on those who hunger for righteousness and a curse that comes to those who count themselves self-satisfied with their own sense of goodness. We are reminded of the gospel and the great hunger we must have for an alien righteousness in Jesus Christ having no righteousness of our own. Preached from Luke 6-17-26 on Sabbath AM 01-16-22.
