Eat before you go out. As the old saying goes, “Never shop when you’re hungry”…

… and boy are they right! Here’s the trick: Eat a fat and protein-rich meal so you stay full and satisfied. No hunger. No itch. My favorite is bacon and eggs with a side of tomato and avocado. And then I wash it down with a glass of water. Plus a little squirt of lemon juice. So there you have it. Always make sure you eat a big full-fat keto meal just before you shop and you’ll breeze right past the fast food sections.
