048 - Degree doesn't matter when it comes to quality

So many people put an emphasis in a degree.  A degree is important because it teaches us the fundamentals.  It is the soft skills you need to improve if you want to differentiate yourself from anybody else.  Put the emphasis in how you treat people, how you work as a team, how you coach and encourage each other.  If you do that you will go higher than you can imagine.
