“It isn’t the mountains ahead to climb that wear you out; it’s the pebble in your shoe.”

This really is true.  It's not often the dream or the mountain we have to climb.  It's that annoyance of that pebble in your shoe that's either causes pain to distract us or prevent us from where we are going.  It's that snack we shouldn't have when trying to lose weight.  It's the friend with a bad attitude or negative attitude.  It's that co-worker that gossips.  It's your credit card that lets you spend more money then you have but ultimately keeps you from that financial freedom.  Whatever your pebble is get rid of it.  Take that shoe off and get rid of it for good.
