We should be striving to accomplish goals in our lives.  Some of our biggest goals in life take daily goals that are smaller in nature but when done consistently help us to accomplish what we want to do.  Lose weight, get out of debt, learn a new skill, adopt a new hobby.  All of these take time.  Get up and prime your mind.  Tony Robbins calls this priming.  Wake up and set some goals.
