Welcome to the Hundred and Fifty Second episode of Daily Daf Differently. In this episode, Rabbi Jeremy Kalmanofsky looks at Masechet Shabbat Daf 153. Today we conclude the chapter we’ve been studying with a little more material on death, and begin a new chapter on how an observant Jew would both protect his/her property rights as Shabbat begins, while at the same time refraining from doing commerce on the holy day.
This week, our study is led by Rabbi Jeremy Kalmanofsky of Congregation Ansche Chesed in New York City.
The opening and closing music for this podcast is Ufros from The Epichorus album One Bead.
