Today’s edition of The Podcast was an IG live talk I had with Vernon Griffith (@vernongriffith4) about how he got started using the dead bugs. He has made this exercise quite in vogue due to how he’s made some sweet modifications to it. Vernon gets into why he implements it, the pros of it, and where he comes up with ideas to advance it as well. After he breaks all that down we get into programing including how he progresses exercises during the session to allow the athletes to continue to learn and drive home the basics to build upon as the workout progresses.
