Having put together a few books where people contribute to the project has made me second guess quite a bit of what I do, and Ryan shares with us what putting this project together has taught him and changed him as a practitioner. This leads us into a discussion of training, how he looks at the athlete to make decisions as to how to “train” them in a volume sense, along with the roll he sees the weight room playing. Next Ryan shares with us how he separates and evaluates his athletes into groups to progress them in all their training. We finish off talking about the book, who the authors are, and some of the connections he has to them and their impact on the project.
