We are joined by Dana Santas today discussing her unique voyage to becoming the go to person in the world of professional sports when it comes to mobility work and teaching athletes how to breath better. We start out discussing her background, the role of work life balance and how she has found it, and how she got to be The Mobility Maker. We get into her work with the WWE and pro’s in all fo the major sports in the US and ways that she has seen these people have “ah ha” moments where to what she’s trying to teach them. She shares with us a ton of info on breathing, why it’s important to think about, where are there some issues with common thoughts, and how we can all improve with a few small “parlor tricks”. Dana’s story is so unique, and there are so many fantastic lessons that coaches of all ages need to listen. What it actually means to be a go getter, not making excuses, putting yourself out there to contact people who you want to work with and learn from, the importance of doing your research on people and positions to find better ways to connect with them and help them.
